Who we are?
Tata Pension Fund Management Pvt Ltd was appointed as a Pension Fund Manager (PFM) by the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) for managing funds under the National Pension System (NPS). We're sponsored by Tata Asset Management Private Limited.

- Mr. Siddhartha Sengupta was a banker with State Bank of India spanning 36 plus years in key leadership roles in India and overseas, with hands on exposure in the areas of Corporate Credit, SME Credit, Retail Branch Banking, Trade Finance, International Banking business, managing key client relationships globally and banking regulatory compliance in multiple jurisdictions, including seven years of board level experience roles in India and overseas. Retired from SBI in January 2019 as Deputy Managing Director after being the head of International Banking Group for four years from 2015 to 2019.

- He worked for 4 years with AF Ferguson & Co (now part of Deloitte), Management Consulting Division and over a year with Jay Pee Hotels in New Delhi.
- He is currently also an invitational speaker at various finance, supply chain, legal and business events as a keynote speaker, moderator or a panelist. He is a mentor to start-ups and to some professionals in Asia, a co-founder of Angel group in Mumbai and an Independent consultant.

- Mr. Atanu Sen served State Bank of India for a period of 37 years from where he retired in 2014 as MD & CEO of SBI Life Insurance. Mr. Sen has wide-ranging experience in commercial banking and finance. After Superannuation, Mr. Sen was engaged as a Sr. Advisor in Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLP. He also served on the Board of the few other Companies/Bank as an Independent Director/ Non-Official Director. Mr. Sen has attended executive training in leading Institutes across the world like, Wharton University of Pennsylvania, Asian Institute of Management, Manila and BPP London. He is a postgraduate in Economics from Calcutta University, and a qualified CAIIB.

He was with ICICI Bank for more than 11 years where he headed Retail Liabilities Product, Wealth Management and Private Banking business. Prior to that, he was with Citi Bank for 8 years where he successfully ran the Banking vertical in the distribution business.
